Learning to
take it slow
and
take it easy
with
comfortable ease
surprisingly
requires
some
time
and
patience.

This is an adjustment of
living and wanting,
but ultimately
being aware of
what is necessary
at the given moment
in time.

Mistakes
will be made,
but that is okay.
Successes
will be made
they are celebrated.
I have much to learn
and I am learning.

Walking along,
humming a tune,
looking at many
beautiful things
openly,
wide-eyed,
everyday
